Module 1 consists of videos recorded during a live Hypnopower workshop that took place in Miami in 2016. This is the foundation of the course. Here, you will find basic theoretical information as well as group exercises, which you should do as if you were a participant of the workshop. This will give you the initial experience of the entire process and prepare you for the next modules of the course.
